Jessica Simpson's Weight-loss Plan: Five-meal-a-day Diet, Yoga And Running

Her daily meal plan looks like this: Breakfast: Green smoothie consisting of grapes, pears, avocado, spinach, lime juice and yogurt. Mid-morning snack: Turkey with apple slices. Lunch: Brown smoothie made with expresso, Stevia, whey protein powder and chia seed powder. Afternoon snack: Celery with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Dinner: Grilled steak and spinach salad with extra-virgin olive oil dressing. While Jessica has not disclosed exactly how much weight she has lost, she has lost all the weight she gained during her second pregnancy. Simpson revealed she gained 70 pounds during her first pregnancy, but didn't gain as much weight the second time around.
